The Project
In response to the COVID-19 global pandemic, clinical trials are rapidly emerging to inform best practice management of people with suspected or confirmed COVID-19. Since the outbreak, which began in December 2019, hundreds of trials are now underway.
The COVID-19-COS project brings together patients, the public and health professionals to identify, prioritise and agree on the most important outcomes for research in COVID-19. This can help to ensure that the evidence generated consistently addresses the impacts of disease and treatment that are meaningful and of high priority to people affected or at risk of COVID-19, and those involved in their care.
